We stand behind everything we make.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase from SEI-VI, you can return it for repair, replacement or a refund.
Items that have been damaged through improper use, alteration, or in an accident are not subject to the satisfaction guarantee.
We can only accept returns on products purchased directly from our website (  Products purchased from third party retailers must
be returned to the original retailer in accordance with such retailer’s return policies.
We never charge a restocking fee to our customers.
If a product is found to be defective and requires repair or replacement, we will send you a return label to ship the product back to SEI-VI with e
mailed instructions. Repairs may take up to 4 weeks. Should a product be found not to be repairable, a new replacement will be sent within 2
weeks of receiving the product.
SEI-VI is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
